This policy explains how the website jeremiendjoye.fr handles visitors' data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recommendations of the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

1. Data controller

The website is published by Jérémie Ndjoye. If you have any questions about your data, you can use the contact form.

2. Data collected

This website is a portfolio. No account creation is required and no data is collected without your knowledge. Data is collected in two cases:

• Contact form: the information you enter voluntarily (name, email, message) is used only to respond to your request.
• Audience measurement: traffic statistics are collected automatically through Google Analytics as soon as you arrive on the site (see section 3).

3. Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience (number of visitors, pages viewed, origin). These cookies are set automatically as soon as you arrive on the site, without prior consent.

IP addresses are anonymized. You can block these cookies at any time in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

In addition, the language you choose with the FR | EN selector is stored in a strictly functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE, 12 months). It is set only when you switch language and is used neither for audience measurement nor for advertising tracking.

4. Data retention

Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months. Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact me through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

6. Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The domain name is managed by OVH.
